Educational

From time to time we will hold hourly classes which are based around from and technique. These classes are timetabled to help you improve compound movements from an educational standpoint, which overtime will help to improve other training exercises and methods. For example a class based on squatting which down the line may help to improve exercises such as squat jumps, leg press, battle ropes and many more.

LBT

Working those stubborn areas around your legs, thighs, butt and tummy. Combining aerobic exercise with toning whilst increasing your fitness and burning those calories. LBT will be a number of rounds aiming at different parts of the lower body. Target Body Part - Legs / Bums and Tums - the trainer really needs to focus on these areas and focus on technique to start with. Clients really need to feel as if they cant physically push their bodies any more. Always shock the body so change up the session. Start with Tums (Core / Abs) first then work backwards into Bums and Legs. A great class for female trainers to work showcase themselves to female clients.

Looping

Looping, MultiFits very own version of Spinning. Looping scorches about 7.2 to 13.6 calories per minute or around 400 calories per 30 minute class. Looping is also great for toning your legs, as it strengthens and helps you tone your glutes, thighs and calf muscles. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, you'll get a great workout.
